Meet The Trainer
Adrian Brown is the founder of Beyond Limits and leads the majority of First Aid
training delivered through the centre. With over 20 years of experience, Adrian has
served as a volunteer first responder with the ambulance service and co-founded an
event first aid company, providing medical cover for motorsport, equestrian and other
public events at EMT level.
Adrian's work spans two interconnected worlds — personal development and life-
saving skills — but the common thread is the same: helping people perform at their
best when it matters most. Whether that's in the training room, at a major event, or in
everyday life, Adrian brings the same depth of experience and genuine commitment
to every interaction.
With professional experience spanning the public sector, leisure & tourism, and
emergency medical services, he brings both practical expertise and a genuine passion
for equipping people with skills that can save lives.
Based in the North East of England, Beyond Limits Consultancy Ltd specialises in personal and
workforce development training, tailored to meet the needs of each client. Our commitment to
quality and practical learning is reflected in our approval as a registered Qualsafe Awards Centre,
enabling us to deliver Ofqual-regulated First Aid Training courses.
All our training is delivered by professional instructors with extensive first aid experience across workplace environments and public events — ensuring you gain not only the essential theory, but practical skills you can confidently apply in real-world situations.
